Introduction
Measure. Analyze. Impact. As ESG Performance Controller at Holland Colours, you are the key player in our CSRD reporting and ESG performance. Your mission? To drive the transition toward an integrated ESG framework. From establishing internal controls to collecting data, you drive the agenda. With your financial expertise, you ensure ESG goals are data-driven and measurable. In return, you’ll receive a salary of up to €5.400, plus profit share of up to 1,5 month salary, and a year-end bonus of up to €1.349
Your challenge
As ESG Performance Controller at Holland Colours, you build the foundation for an auditable system to measure ESG performance. With 60% of our CSRD being implemented with the support of external consultants, we have a roadmap, dashboard and policies in place. The next step is to build a solid control framework, track performance, and strengthen our review structure. By 2027, we aim for full compliance with external audits.
But compliance is just the beginning. The real challenge? Building momentum—moving from frameworks and dashboards to a company-wide ESG mindset. As a change agent, you’ll accelerate engagement to align data with action.
As ESG Performance Controller at Holland Colours, you ensure sustainability is more than just a requirement—it’s a measurable business driver. By 2030, we aim to reduce CO2 emissions by 50% per kilogram of product compared to 2015 levels. This includes transitioning to green energy, enhancing transparency around CO2 emissions, and minimizing waste. Sustainability is also embedded in our product strategy. Our ambition is to ensure 90% of our revenue comes from sustainable products by 2030—driven by renewable and recycled materials that support a circular value chain.
Beyond environmental impact, safety is non-negotiable. Our objective is to have zero accidents, with a structured Behavior-Based Safety program and a clear roadmap to achieving Safety Ladder Level 4. Our people drive our success, which is why we dedicate 2% of our salary budget to training and promote a balanced work environment. We enforce strict compliance measures, including supplier accountability, anti-corruption policies, and whistleblower protection.
The team
As ESG Performance Controller at Holland Colours, you facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate the sustainability performance culture. KPIs are owned by program leads across product, process, people, safety, compliance, and risk. As a data wizard, you connect the dots to streamline the reporting structure and provide insights to refine the sustainability agenda.
As part of the Corporate Controlling team, you will operate in the center of the reporting organization, working closely with the Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller. Partnering with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations, you drive the implementation of sustainable practices.
